1/2 share J35 Bonanza for sale
Seller: David Maib (dmaib@mac.com) Last Updated: May 16, 2008I am selling my 1/2 share of a J35 Bonanza. We will also consider selling the entire airplane. This airplane is currently based at Fleming Field (KSGS) in South St. Paul, MN. It resides in a brand new heated hangar.
Approx. 150 hours SMOH and approximately 300 hours SPOH on a Beech 278 propeller. This airplane is a "10" mechanically. Updates and mods are too numerous to list here, but include:IO-470-N 260 HP engine, STEC-30 autopilot with yaw damper and alt. hold, KLN-89B GPS (IFR), New wing bolts in 2004, alternator conversion, GAMI injectors, EI UBG-16 engine monitor, EI FP-5 fuel flow, one piece windshield, shoulder harnesses, and much more. All AD's complied with.
160 knots TAS on 12.5 gallons per hour. See and fly to appreciate.
