and is a member of the FAA's "FAAST Safety Team".

Richard is a FAA DARF "Designated Airworthiness Representative, Manufacturing" for
almost all FAA certification functions including Amateur Built and Light Sport
Aircraft. Richard can assist in Certified Aircraft activities like STC and
PMA approvals as well as all types of Experimental and Standard Airworthiness
Certificates. Richard covers all certified aircraft types without limitations
and all amateur built construction types except for rotor wing.
