Tim reports the first flight of his RV-4 on May 21, 2001. Tom Irlbeck did the initial test flight and Tim has now taken over the flying duties and has of press time has accumulated 7 hours. Power is a 180 horsepower Lycoming with a hopped up camshaft so there is no lacking for power. His Prince Q-tip prop is a under pitched so it climbs like a rocket, but cruise speed is lacking. This is Tim's 4th homebuilt having previously completed a Volksplane, Acro Sport, and Sonerai I.
